Densons Group is named after a great industrialist, international trader, philanthropist of India’s pre independence era famously known Shri Dewan Chand Sardana.

1965. Mr. Suneel Sardana, second son of Late Dewan Chand Sardana started business activities under the name & style of Trade Linkers. Trade Linkers executed varied prestigious projects including Construction of Civil & Military Airports, Industrial Estates, Highways, Electric Grid Stations, Power Houses, being an A Class Contractor. Trade Linkers won awards of excellence for timely deliveries, expedited performance from National & International authorities & institutions. Trade Linkers was actively involved in domestic & international trading of engineering goods, industrial goods & mill stores equipments, gadgets & tools.

1973. The dynamic & unstoppable leader Mr. Suneel Sardana, drove beyond boundaries to set up an Industrial unit for bottling of Industrial Oxygen along with his brother’s as Yamuna Gasses Ltd. Mr. Suneel Sardana developed Electrical Cable Jointing System UNDER Densons Engineers which was added as main stream business of Yamuna Power & Infrastructure Ltd., which is a leading manufacturer, exporter & supplier of polymer insulators, cable joints, heat shrink cable tubes & joints, cold shrink type terminations kits and straight through joints from 1.1 kv to 66 KV in XLPE / PILC.

1986. S C L, a Densons Group company attained telecom operation license as the only privately owned company and to manufacture push button telephones under technical collaboration with ERICSSON.

1992. The first high level Indian delegation "INDIA INVESTMART 1" was headed by Mr. Suneel Sardana founder & chairman of DENSONS GROUP and was successful in getting 6 billion FDI from developed nations of the world, under the flagship of United Nations (UNIDO), when India opened doors to foreign investment under liberalization.

1995. Indo American Synergy Ltd., first private Indian non banking company to obtain a license as a Full Fledged Money Changing by the Reserve Bank of India to envisage into Foreign Exchange Merchandise.

2002. Green 8 India was the first Indian company to introduce & market mobile cell phone & tower radiation protection devices & products innovated & produced by BAUER Germany.

2009. Servotel India started the concept of luxury serviced apartments, villas & farms for tourists visiting India from across the globe. Providing exemplary services of a Hotel. Servotel assisted in setting up 5 boutique hotels namely Qutub Residency, Cross Roads, Trinity, Wood Bridge and Chalet.
