The Densons Group & the brand “Densons” is the brain child & development of the dynamic leadership of our chairman Mr. Suneel Sardana, whose hard work & enormous efforts thereby putting his blood & sweat has made “DENSONS” a globally renowned & known name in spheres across industry, trade & commerce.

The FIRST industrial project "Yamuna Power & Infrastructure" was founded by Mr. Suneel Sardana in 1973 for manufacturing Industrial gases with its registered office & factory at Sardana Nagar, Jagadhri 135 003, Haryana.

The SECOND industrial project of cable jointing system was the introduction & produce is the brain child under the dynamism of our chairman Mr. Suneel Sardana which commenced commercial production in 1976. Mr. Sardana designed & developed this novel concept of complete cable jointing system and technology based upon epoxy, which was further developed under new pioneering expertise as Heat Shrink, Push on, PUR and Cold Shrink. In order to make Yamuna Gases Ltd., ( now YPIL ) profitable, cable jointing was added to the array of other products and was merged with YPIL.

The THIRD industrial project of innovation & manufacturing L T line Separators was accomplished under the name of “Densons Engineers", established in April 1986 by Mr. Suneel Sardana who independently innovated, designed, developed, manufactured & marketed 2, 3, 4 & 5 bolt & fly nut type L T over head lines composite Phase Separators ( Spacers ) made of UV resistant special virgin plastic. Densons separators are of the most superior quality product standardized & approved in 1987 by REC (Rural Electricity Corporation) of Govt., of India for use by all electricity boards of India. This novel concept & innovation saved billions of rupees of electricity boards & distcoms companies & has proved a big bonanza.

Densons Engineers, under the dynamic leadership of our chairman Mr. Suneel Sardana also innovated, developed, produced & exported Stay Rod Insulated Guard (Guy Guard Assembly) made with high impact yellow colored UV resistant virgin plastic.. Both products developed by Densons Engineers are the proprietary produce of the entity which also holds intellectual property rights of the same.

The FOURTH industrial project was set up to manufacture push button telephones, rural & urban telephone exchanges under S C L, a Densons Group company which was the first & only privately owned Indian company to obtain a Telecom Operation License under technical collaboration with ERICSSON in 1988 at Srinagar, J & K.
